The development of our students practical and theoretical skills is central at Lincoln UTC and within the art department we do this using clear methods of communication. Our students are supported to this during their creative journey by learning how to successfully structure their time and documenting their creative journey using reflective journals and sketchbooks. Staff routinely discuss this journey in class and use communication booklets that encourage students to engage with feedback and reflect on this.
